Capitol Hill: fatal shooting under investigation

Seattle police say a man was shot late Friday night, February 20, near East Pine Street and Belmont Avenue. Officers and medics attempted life-saving aid, but the victim died at the scene. Light rail: 2 Line disrupted during simulated service
