Terre Haute zoning proposals advanced to Aug. 6 council agenda

Two proposed zoning-map changes affecting Terre Haute properties were scheduled for public review this week, including a request tied to a single-family home and another tied to a corporate office.

The Vigo County Area Plan Commission scheduled a public hearing for 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026. The notice also said the Terre Haute City Council would meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, to consider the matters on its agenda.
