The property is at 3440 Glendale Avenue. Its current leasing page displays one-bedroom apartments starting at $802 and two-bedroom apartments from $975. The one-bedroom listings show a displayed range of $802 to $950, while the page also promotes a separate one-bedroom special of $829. Prices and availability can change.

Income guidelines apply

The Glen offers one- and two-bedroom homes for families who meet affordable-income guidelines. The City of Toledo says The Glen serves households earning between 50% and 70% of area median income.

Part of a 70-home Toledo development

The Glen is part of The Grand and The Glen, a two-site Toledo workforce-housing project. The City says the developments represent nearly $30 million in investment and expand housing options for working families and individuals.

An Ohio Housing Finance Agency financing application lists 70 total units for the combined project, including one- and two-bedroom apartments at The Glen and three- and four-bedroom townhomes at The Grand. The application lists total development costs of approximately $27.98 million.

The City held ribbon-cutting ceremonies for the completed developments on July 8, 2026. The current update for renters is that The Glen is leasing and listing apartments as available now.
