Warrington Township weighs adding Bucks County property to agricultural security area

Warrington Township scheduled a July 8, 2026, public hearing on a proposal to add a property to the township’s Agricultural Security Area, giving residents and affected landowners an opportunity to comment before any final action.

The property is identified in the township notice by UPI number 49-000-NE-0047.FD-00000. The listed applicants are Janelle Winey and Lance, Allan and Helen Winey.

Proposal, not confirmed designation

The hearing addressed a proposed addition, not a confirmed final designation. The reviewed materials do not establish whether the property was ultimately added to Warrington Township’s Agricultural Security Area.
