Restaurant Brands International Sets Aug. 6 Date for Second-Quarter Results

Restaurant Brands International will release its second-quarter 2026 financial results on Aug. 6, giving investors and the restaurant industry a scheduled update on the performance of Burger King, Tim Hortons, Popeyes and Firehouse Subs.

The company said it will hold an investor conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on the same day. RBI’s announcement set the release date and call time but did not include the quarter’s revenue, net income, earnings-per-share or comparable-sales figures.

RBI operates roughly 33,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories, with nearly $48 billion in annual system-wide sales, according to the company. Its largely franchised quick-service restaurant network makes the results relevant to restaurant demand, franchise operations and consumer spending across the United States and other markets.

What to watch

The results are expected to provide the company’s next public update on consolidated and brand-level sales, restaurant operations and any changes to its 2026 outlook. RBI’s most recently identified Securities and Exchange Commission filing for results was its May 6 Form 8-K covering the first quarter. The next known step is the scheduled Aug. 6 release and investor call.
