Boise State football is entering its first season in the Pac-12, following a conference move that took effect July 1, 2026.

The Broncos’ official 2026 football schedule is identified by Boise State Athletics as the program’s first Pac-12 schedule. The change moves Boise State out of the Mountain West and into a new conference setting for the 2026 season.

For Idaho’s highest-profile college football program, the transition changes the conference under which Boise State will play its 2026 campaign. Boise State Athletics has also identified Albertsons Stadium in Boise as the home venue for the Broncos’ scheduled home games.

First football schedule in the Pac-12 i

Boise State Athletics announced the 2026 schedule on Feb. 11 after the Pac-12 schedule release. In that announcement, the department described the slate as Boise State’s first in the Pac-12.

The official schedule page, dated Aug. 3, lists the Broncos’ 2026 football schedule and identifies it as part of the program’s Pac-12 campaign. The conference transition itself became effective July 1.

The available official material establishes the conference change and the existence of Boise State’s 2026 schedule, but it does not establish a current 2026 record. No score, standing or completed-game result is provided in the approved source material.

That distinction matters as the season begins: Boise State’s Pac-12 membership is effective, but the supplied materials do not support describing the Broncos as having achieved a particular result, ranking, championship status or postseason position in the conference.

Home venue remains Albertsons Stadium i

Boise State’s home games are scheduled at Albertsons Stadium in Boise, Idaho, according to the university’s official 2026 schedule. The venue remains the listed home site as the program begins play under Pac-12 affiliation.

The schedule’s venue listing provides the Idaho location for the Broncos’ home dates. It does not, in the supplied material, provide a basis for broader claims about attendance, facility changes, ticketing, revenue or other effects of the conference move.

Boise State University’s athletics department is the source of both the schedule announcement and the current official schedule page. Those materials identify the football program, its 2026 Pac-12 affiliation and the Boise home venue.

Broadcast outlets named for Pac-12 games i

Boise State said Pac-12 football games would be carried by CBS/CBS Sports, USA Network and The CW. The three named outlets are part of the broadcast structure cited in the school’s February schedule announcement.

The announcement identifies those outlets for Pac-12 football games, rather than establishing a network assignment for every individual Boise State game. The approved material does not specify which broadcaster will carry a particular Broncos contest.

Likewise, the supplied sources do not provide an opponent-by-opponent schedule breakdown, kickoff times, individual television selections, or the Broncos’ next contest. Those details should not be inferred from the conference announcement alone.

What the move establishes i

The confirmed development is that Boise State joined the Pac-12 on July 1 and that its 2026 football slate is the program’s first schedule in that conference. The Broncos will continue to host scheduled home games at Albertsons Stadium in Boise.

The move changes Boise State football’s conference context for the 2026 season and places the program’s Pac-12 games within the broadcast group named by the university: CBS/CBS Sports, USA Network and The CW.

Beyond those confirmed points, the current official materials do not establish a 2026 record or results. Any assessment of Boise State’s performance in its first Pac-12 football season will require completed-game information not included in this source packet.
