Democrat Fred Wellman defeated Republican Ann Wagner in Missouri's 2nd Congressional District, according to Decision Desk HQ. The result flips the seat from Republican control to Democrats.
With more than 95% reporting, DDHQ's Nov. 3, 11:19 p.m. CST returns showed Fred Wellman with 111,962 votes, or 52.24%, and Ann Wagner with 96,932 votes, or 45.23%. Wellman led by 15,030 votes in that snapshot.
