Australia and Fiji sign Ocean of Peace security treaty backed by more than $1 billion
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Fiji’s leaders signed the Ocean of Peace Alliance in Suva on July 6, creating a new bilateral security framework and a decade-long Australian spending commitment for crime prevention, education, health and infrastructure.
