FDLE Arrests Starke Man in Child-Sexual-Abuse-Material Case
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced the June 9 arrest of Dylan Phillips, 19, of Starke, on 10 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material. The allegations have not been resolved in court.
