Montpelier council postpones vote on public-comment and voting rules
The Montpelier City Council unanimously postponed adopting proposed rules of procedure on July 22, sending the draft back to City Manager Kelly McNicholas Kury for more work after disagreement over public-comment time and the chair’s discretion.
