Santa Fe County adopts 18-month pause on new data-center development
Santa Fe County commissioners unanimously approved an 18-month moratorium on new data-center development while staff work on permanent standards. The ordinance lowers the review threshold to 1 megawatt and adds environmental-justice, cumulative-impact and monitoring provisions.
