Downtown St. Louis adds a summer juvenile curfew July 3–Sept. 8
Mayor Cara Spencer signed Executive Order 98 creating a nightly 9 p.m.–6 a.m. juvenile curfew in Downtown and Downtown West, July 3–Sept. 8, with exceptions and a July 3–4 reunification center.
