Ashland teacher appointed to Kentucky Board of Education for 2026-27 term
Stephanie Phillips, a Family & Consumer Science teacher at Paul Blazer High School, is serving from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, as Kentucky’s non-voting teacher member on the Kentucky Board of Education.
