L.A. City Council shelves mansion tax ballot plan for apartments; Measure ULA July 1
On July 1, Los Angeles City Council voted 13-1 to “note and file” a 10-year Measure ULA exemption plan for new apartments; updated thresholds apply for closings starting July 1.
