Cole County judge dismisses challenge to Missouri’s MOScholars program
The Cole County Circuit Court dismissed with prejudice legal challenges to Missouri’s MOScholars program, according to the State Treasurer’s Office, allowing scholarship distributions to continue as the state prepares for 2026–27.
