Tempe’s drink-spiking ordinance is now in effect as Safe Bars rollout continues
Tempe’s new ordinance requires qualifying late-night liquor establishments to make drink-spiking test kits available, post notices and keep kits unexpired as the city develops its Safe Bars program.
