Elk City development district reaches scheduled expiration after $5 million plan
ELK CITY, Okla. — Beckham Increment District No. 1 reached its scheduled expiration on June 30, 2026, closing the district’s stated operating timeline after it authorized $5 million in project costs for commercial and industrial development near Interstate 40.
