McKesson Selects Moore for New Distribution Center

McKesson has selected Moore for a new distribution center, according to the City of Moore, which lists the project as part of the city’s economic-development activity.

The city’s announcement describes the facility as a state-of-the-art distribution center. It identifies Moore as the selected location but does not provide an investment amount, building size, job count or construction schedule.

Moore City Council minutes dated Feb. 17, 2026, describe an east-lot warehouse and distribution-center development. The minutes say the site is planned for light-industrial use under the Envision Moore 20/40 Plan.

The council record does not identify McKesson in its description of the east-lot development. The city’s announcement also does not publicly connect that specific east-lot description to the company’s distribution-center selection. The two records place warehouse and distribution activity within Moore’s current economic-development and land-use discussions, but they do not establish that they describe the same project.

McKesson is identified by the city as the company selected for the distribution center. The public announcement does not describe what goods or services would be handled at the facility, and it does not say when construction would begin or when the center would open.

The development is significant to Moore’s industrial and logistics plans. A warehouse and distribution center could affect employment, traffic and surrounding land use as plans advance, although the city has not released job or traffic estimates with the announcement.

The Feb. 17 council minutes provide the latest dated public record identified for the related warehouse and distribution-center development. Neither city record gives a construction start date, completion date or other project deadline.
