East Windsor Planning Board schedules redevelopment hearing and reviews three major site plans

East Windsor’s Planning Board scheduled a public hearing on a proposed redevelopment designation while reviewing major site-plan applications for properties along Route 33, U.S. Route 130 and Princeton-Hightstown Road.

That designation is specifically described as non-condemnation redevelopment. The agenda does not characterize it as a condemnation action. The listed block and lots identify the parcels under consideration, but the agenda does not state that the designation was finally adopted.

Three site-plan applications

The same agenda listed a preliminary major site plan for Ideal Auto at 521 U.S. Route 130.

It also listed a preliminary and final major site plan with bulk variances for 440 Route 33 LLC at 430-446 Route 33. A bulk variance request generally concerns a project’s proposed deviation from local bulk standards, such as setbacks, building coverage or other dimensional requirements; the agenda itself does not provide the requested variance details.

A preliminary and final site plan with bulk variances was also listed for QTS Investment Properties Princeton LLC at 159 Princeton-Hightstown Road. The agenda identifies the applicant and location but does not establish that the QTS proposal received final approval.
