Tenstorrent closed a $1.5 billion Series E financing at a $6.2 billion post-money valuation, the company announced Oct. 19, 2026. Trace Capital and Innovation X led the round.
The Santa Clara, California-based AI-computing company said it will use the proceeds to deploy Galaxy servers at scale and advance AI and CPU intellectual property it licenses to customers designing their own chips. Tenstorrent describes its processors and systems as RISC-V-based. These are planned uses of the financing, not completed deployments or development results. The company did not give a timetable for the Galaxy server deployment.
Reuters reported that Tenstorrentโs December 2024 financing raised more than $693 million at a $2 billion pre-money valuation. That earlier figure is pre-money, while the current valuation is post-money, so the two do not establish a like-for-like change in valuation.
