Voters in the city of Hubbard, Ohio, approved an ordinance prohibiting data centers within city limits. Trumbull County’s unofficial election summary recorded 2,622 votes for the ban, or 76.58%, and 802 against it, or 23.42%, with all precincts reporting.
The binding ordinance places a citywide restriction on data-center development. The result applies to the city of Hubbard in Trumbull County; it is separate from votes on data-center measures in other communities.
