North Grafton residents will have two policy discussions to watch as the Grafton Select Board meets Tuesday, July 21, 2026: social consumption marijuana regulations for marijuana establishments and a strategy aimed at reducing fatal and serious injury motor vehicle accidents.

• Alcohol/tobacco limits on the premises: a social consumption establishment may not allow the consumption of alcohol, may not allow the smoking of tobacco, and may not allow the sale of alcohol or tobacco on the premises; and a marijuana social consumption establishment may not sell alcohol or tobacco products.
• Sales window (default): unless otherwise explicitly authorized by the municipality, sales for on-site consumption must occur only between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M.
