Allendale schools warn late bus registrations could delay transportation

Allendale Public Schools is warning families that transportation enrollment for the 2026-27 school year has ended and that requests submitted after July 1, 2026, could delay a student’s bus service by two weeks.

The district posted the reminder July 17. It did not say that every late request would experience the full two-week delay, but it said families submitting requests after the deadline should expect that transportation may not begin immediately.
