Roscommon schools seek contractor to assess facilities and deferred maintenance

Roscommon Area Public Schools is seeking a contractor to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the district’s buildings, infrastructure and deferred-maintenance needs.

The district issued the request for proposals on July 15, 2026. The review is intended to document existing conditions, identify capital-improvement needs and help establish future investment priorities across the district.

Proposals are due by noon on Aug. 21, 2026. Companies interested in responding must submit written questions by Aug. 14.

The assessment will cover Roscommon Elementary School, Roscommon Middle School and Roscommon High School, along with the district’s transportation and maintenance facilities.
