Officers executed search warrants at residences in Pittsburg and Antioch, leading to the arrest of Jamir Wilson on suspicion of hit-and-run causing death. Investigators recovered evidence from both locations. Flores was found around 3:30 p.m. on January 23 in the area of L Street between West 18th and West 10th Streets, near Antioch High School.
