The Arbor Company says financing has closed for Arbor Terrace Florham Park, a planned 80-apartment senior living community, and that construction is set to begin. The companyโs Oct. 13 announcement does not say construction has started or give a start date. Braemar Partnersโ project page also anticipates construction in 2026.
The planned community is at Columbia Turnpike and Elm Street in Florham Park. The company describes a joint venture between Braemar Partners and GEM Realty Capital, with The Arbor Company as operator.
The 80 apartments are divided among 29 assisted-living units, 24 Bridges memory-support units and 27 memory-care units, adding up to the announced total. The company projects an opening in late 2027, but that is a forecast, not a confirmed date.
