Auburn’s Eva Pattison earns first SEC defensive honor
Auburn senior defender Eva Pattison was named the SEC women’s soccer Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 12, Auburn said. The school said it was her first career weekly honor and the second consecutive week an Auburn player received the conference’s soccer defensive award. Gracie Brown received the honor on Oct. 5.
Auburn identified Oklahoma as No. 20. Oklahoma’s official box score records Auburn’s 2-0 win at John Crain Field in Norman on Oct. 9; Pattison played 90 minutes and assisted Dylan Driver’s goal at 70:42.
