Aurora police say a 15-year-old boy was shot late Friday night, Feb. 27, in the 20 block of Lima Street and later died at a hospital. Investigators believe the teen and the suspect knew each other and spoke briefly before an argument and gunfire. Police say the shooter ran from the area and no arrest has been announced. Anyone with information is being asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers.
2) Prep playoff spotlight: Aurora teams hit the road and host key games
Saturday, Feb. 28 brought a busy slate of postseason action involving multiple Aurora-area programs.
