Borden’s 2026 budget includes $39,550 for local roads

Borden Civil Town’s certified 2026 municipal budget includes $39,550 for the Local Road & Street fund and $63,750 for the Motor Vehicle Highway fund, giving residents a documented view of the town’s budgeted transportation allocations.

The Indiana Department of Local Government Finance certified the budget in a Jan. 15, 2026, budget order. The records also list $446,700 for Borden’s General Fund and $3,000 for the Cumulative Capital Improvement fund. Borden’s listed assessed valuation is $38,755,469.
