A new three-story multipurpose office building, The Lee, has been established in downtown Cary. Developed by local entrepreneurs Moss Withers and Michelle Rhino Anderson, the 21,000-square-foot building features a modern brick exterior, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and an outdoor third-floor patio overlooking the new downtown park. The interiors blend modern amenities with a vintage feel, repurposing many trees from the property throughout the building. The project has been recognized with the 2024 CoStar Impact Award for commercial development of the year for Raleigh.
