Chicopee school projects remain in planning, with no final approval yet
A proposed replacement for Barry Elementary School remains in the Massachusetts School Building Authority’s planning pipeline, with state officials and Chicopee school planners still examining the project’s size, educational program, special-education needs, scheduling and funding strategy.
