Cold Weather Advisory in Effect
A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for parts of the Tri-State area until 10 a.m. Sunday, with wind chills as low as 13 below zero. Residents are advised to dress in layers, including hats, face masks, and gloves, if they must go outside. Prolonged exposure to these conditions can lead to hypothermia. The advisory covers portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
