Regular gas is nearly flat day to day

AAA listed the Memphis-area regular-gas average at $3.748 per gallon, down 0.3 cents from the previous day’s $3.751. The average was still 3.7 cents higher than a week earlier, when AAA listed regular gas at $3.711.

The Memphis figure is a regional benchmark rather than a citywide average for every Collierville station. Diesel moved higher
