Dolton posts 2026 financial-distress and board materials
Dolton’s official website is continuing to publish financial and governance records, including a February 17, 2026, presentation on financial distress and a July 6, 2026, regular Board of Trustees meeting agenda.
The village’s transparency and financial-record pages provide public access to board agendas and minutes, financial materials and traffic-court scheduling information. Village Hall is listed at 14122 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The online postings give residents and businesses a place to review official records as the village addresses documented financial concerns.
The materials follow an earlier action by the Illinois Office of Comptroller. The comptroller said Dolton had failed to provide required annual financial reports, audits and tax-increment-financing reports for about two years, and suspended offset payments tied to the village. That action predates the 2026 materials. The public meeting listing identifies the July 6 agenda, but does not establish what final actions or votes followed.
The next dated governance item identified on the village’s meeting page is the July 6 regular board meeting. Dolton’s transparency and meeting pages remain the public channels for subsequent agendas, minutes and financial-record postings.
