Draper gas watch: Lone Peak 7-Eleven climbs to $4.70 regular, $5.62 diesel
Draper’s Lone Peak 7-Eleven lists $4.70 regular and $5.62 diesel, both higher than the last check, while 12300 South stays cheaper on both fuels.
As of May 30, Draper drivers are seeing a split at the pump. The 7-Eleven at 12292 Lone Peak Pkwy lists regular at $4.699 and diesel at $5.619. Both are higher than the last local check, so anyone who fills up there is paying more than they were at the previous snapshot.
A second Draper 7-Eleven at 692 East 12300 South is still cheaper on both fuels, at $4.199 for regular and $5.499 for diesel. For commuters, contractors, and delivery drivers, that difference makes comparison shopping worth a few extra minutes before a fill-up.
AAA’s Utah average is lower than the Lone Peak station on both fuels, at $4.575 for regular and $5.493 for diesel. Utah’s statewide average is also easing, with regular down 3.5 cents from yesterday and 8.7 cents from a week ago. Diesel is down 2.9 cents day to day and 13.1 cents week to week.
What it means for local drivers
That statewide easing does not guarantee a quick drop at every pump, but it does give local drivers a useful benchmark. People who buy fuel often — especially work trucks and route drivers — will feel the difference fastest when one Draper station is running well above the state average and another is still noticeably lower.
If your route takes you past both stations, it pays to check which one is cheaper before you pull in. Share the highest and lowest local pump prices you are seeing in Draper.
