Evanston asphalt-pavement project carries Aug. 21 completion deadline

Evanston’s public-works asphalt-pavement improvements project is under a contract requiring completion by Aug. 21, 2026. The deadline gives residents and commuters a specific point for judging whether the work is completed on time, although the city records located do not identify the project’s current completion status or the streets affected.
