Fontana Chamber Hosts March Job Fair at Heritage Neighborhood Center
Fontana, CA – March 25, 2026 – Local job seekers connected with employers Tuesday as the Fontana Chamber held its March Job Fair at Heritage Center.
Fontana’s workforce took center stage Tuesday as the Fontana Chamber of Commerce hosted its March Job Fair at the Heritage Neighborhood Community Center.
Connecting Job Seekers and Employers
Held March 24 from the morning into early afternoon, the job fair brought together local employers and residents searching for new career opportunities. Doors opened at 9 a.m., and attendees moved steadily through the venue throughout the event.
The fair was designed to give job seekers direct access to hiring managers, creating opportunities for face-to-face conversations that can often make a lasting impression. Participants were able to ask questions about open positions, learn more about company expectations and explore potential career pathways across a range of industries represented at the event.
In addition to employers, resource partners were on site to share information about workforce development programs and business services. Organizers said the goal was not only to help residents find immediate openings, but also to connect them with longer-term training and support.
Focus on Local Hiring
As Fontana continues to grow, city leaders and chamber representatives have emphasized the importance of keeping local talent connected to opportunities close to home. Events like the March Job Fair are part of a broader effort to strengthen the city’s workforce and support economic development.
With new commercial and industrial projects moving forward across Fontana, the demand for skilled workers remains a key focus. Hosting hiring events within the community makes it easier for residents to engage directly with companies looking to expand their teams.
The Heritage Neighborhood Center on Liberty Parkway served as a convenient and welcoming site, offering space for employer booths, check-in stations and one-on-one conversations between applicants and recruiters.
Additional workforce and business-focused events are expected later this spring as the chamber and city continue efforts to connect employers with local talent and support Fontana’s growing economy.
