Herriman docket advances five commercial and housing proposals
Herriman’s development docket lists at least five active or pending commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, giving residents a current view of proposals moving through the city’s planning process.
The listings were last discussed on dates including July 16, 2026, and July 2, according to the city development tracker. None of the projects is identified as approved or under construction in the listings.
Projects on the docket
A conditional-use request for a Life Time Athletic Club monument sign is pending at 4684 W. 12600 South. Another conditional-use request, for the Rising Haven Event Center, is pending at 6087 W. 11800 South.
The tracker also lists the amended subdivision for Autumn Sky Townhomes Phase 2B as pending after a July 2 discussion. The project is associated with 12116–12156 S. Autumn Day Lane.
A rezoning request at 5222 W. Herriman Boulevard was also listed as pending after a July 2 discussion. In addition, the docket includes a pending Copper View Plaza amendment at 12298 S. Herriman Main Street.
What comes next
The listings identify proposals that may be followed through future hearings and city planning activity, but they do not provide final approval dates, housing-unit counts, construction values or hearing outcomes for the projects.
Herriman publishes City Council and Planning Commission agendas, packets and minutes through its agendas-and-minutes page. The city says regular council work and general meetings take place on the second and fourth Wednesdays, providing a public place to track future consideration of development items.
