Largest custom knife show coming to fairgrounds

A major all-custom knife show is headed to the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds later this week, billed as the largest event of its kind in the state. Organizers say hundreds of makers and collectors are expected, with tables showcasing handmade blades, outdoor tools and related gear.

The show is scheduled to run Friday, February 20, through Saturday, February 21, with doors opening in the morning both days. For local enthusiasts, it means a rare chance to handle high-end custom work in person, meet regional makers and learn about knife care and forging techniques without leaving the city.

Heritage Market to spotlight local vendors

Just across the fairgrounds, the 2026 Oklahoma City Heritage Market is set to bring in a different crowd from February 20–22. The three-day event at State Fair Park will feature local artisans, food trucks, and live music, turning the venue into a midwinter festival of small businesses and handmade goods.

Organizers are still accepting vendor applications from crafters, food vendors and performers. The market runs from 9 a.m. Friday through 6 p.m. Sunday, giving families plenty of time to browse booths, try new foods and catch performances across the weekend.
