Lincoln City continues Nelscott water and sewer replacement amid summer street closures

Lincoln City’s Nelscott Pressure Gravity Main Improvement project is continuing through summer 2026, with temporary access restrictions accompanying the replacement of approximately 1,900 feet of aging water and sewer lines.

SE High School Drive is closed from June 11 through Aug. 17, 2026, between SE Spy Glass Ridge Drive and SE 48th Place. During the same period, SE 48th Place is restricted to local and emergency vehicles between SE Jetty Avenue and SE 51st Street.
