Local Sheepdog Advances to Best in Show at Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show
Westminster, CO — February 3, 2026 — An Old English sheepdog from Colorado Springs, Graham, won the Herding Group at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show and is set to compete for Best in Show tonight.
Graham, owned and handled by Colton Johnson of Under the Sun Dog Training and Daycare in Colorado Springs, has a strong lineage as a third-generation Old English Sheepdog. The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show is the second-longest continuously held sporting event in the U.S. and has been nationally televised since 1948.
Graham’s victory in the Herding Group is a significant achievement, and the local community is eagerly awaiting his performance in the Best in Show competition later this evening.
