This month’s selection focuses on friendship and hide-and-seek, a light, kid-friendly theme that fits the season. The trail is flat and stroller-friendly, but with the rain in the forecast, boots and jackets are a good idea.

Housing market stays hot as new listings hit

Maple Valley’s housing market remains one of the tighter spots in south King County. A recent snapshot puts the median estimated home value just under $800,000, with recent sales ranging from the mid-$200,000s to well over $1.8 million.
