Murrieta, CA — January 31, 2026 — A multi-vehicle collision occurred early Saturday morning on northbound I-215, just north of Scott Road. The incident involved at least three vehicles, including a silver sedan and a Chevrolet. Emergency responders from Murrieta Fire & Rescue and the California Highway Patrol arrived to find vehicles across the center divider and right-hand shoulder, with debris scattered across several lanes. Authorities temporarily halted all northbound lanes to clear the roadway. The cause of the collision remains under investigation, and officials have not released information regarding the medical status of the occupants involved.
