Completion of Casamar Luxury Residence
Pompano Beach’s newest luxury building, Casamar, has been completed and is already almost sold out. Real estate firm Related Group announced the completion of Casamar, the 118-unit luxury residence, last Friday. Casamar is Related’s second property in Pompano Beach following Solemar, which was completed in 2023. All but two units in Casamar have already been sold, a spokesperson said. Located at 900 N. Ocean Blvd., Casamar residences started at $1.8 million. Casamar is part of a recent real estate boom happening in Pompano Beach, a coastal Broward city just a 20-minute drive from Fort Lauderdale. Home to about 113,000 people, developers say Pompano Beach is an attractive alternative to bustling Miami and up-and-coming Fort Lauderdale, which is also experiencing a wave of new development.
