The district earned a “Superior” rating under the state’s Financial Integrity Rating System, marking its 23rd consecutive year at the highest level. State reviewers gave Rockwall ISD a score of 98 out of 100, citing consistent fiscal oversight during a period of rapid enrollment growth.

Alongside the financial news, the Texas Education Agency released updated accountability ratings showing Rockwall ISD with an overall score of 89 for the 2024–2025 school year. That represents a two-point improvement from last year.
