SE Rugg Road in Damascus closed through Aug. 19 for culvert replacement

Clackamas County has closed SE Rugg Road in Damascus between SE Telford Road and SE 262nd Avenue for a culvert replacement, changing access for drivers who use the roadway during the day.

The full closure began July 6, 2026, and is scheduled to continue through Aug. 19, 2026. During the work, the affected segment is closed to all traffic, including emergency vehicles, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
