State Budget Includes Tornado Relief for St. Louis

Motorcyclist Killed in North County Crash

St. Louis County Police are investigating a deadly crash involving a motorcycle and a car Friday afternoon near Kilmory Drive and Shackelford Drive. Authorities say the collision happened around 2:20 p.m.

The adult male motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators have not yet released additional details about what led to the crash. The investigation remains ongoing as officials work to reconstruct the events leading up to the collision.

Storms and Dense Fog Impact Weekend Travel

Severe weather has been a recurring theme across the region this week. After dense fog reduced visibility early Thursday, strong storms moved through the St. Louis area overnight into Saturday.

Forecasters warned of heavy rain and the potential for severe conditions, particularly in parts of eastern Missouri and southwest Illinois. While the strongest storms have now moved out, cooler temperatures and lingering showers are expected behind the cold front.
