Upper Darby district, Clifton Heights reach framework for new middle school and athletic-field renovation

Upper Darby School District and the Borough of Clifton Heights have reached a framework agreement that could bring a new middle school to the Clifton Heights Athletic Field while giving the borough ownership and control of renovated athletic fields outside school use.
