Vallejo Police Arrest Suspect in Human Trafficking Case
Vallejo, CA — February 3, 2026 — Police have arrested a man accused of trafficking a woman across multiple states. The victim, found with visible injuries and threats of violence, was taken to the hospital for medical care and support services. The suspect, identified as 44-year-old Julius Stinson III, was arrested at a Motel 6 on Enterprise Street in Vallejo. He is being held without bail on charges including pimping, human trafficking by force or fear, sexual assault, assault with a deadly weapon, battery, conspiracy, and false imprisonment.
