Visalia Man Sentenced to 104 Years for Child Molestation
Visalia resident Richard Bomhard, 81, was sentenced this week to 104 years-to-life in prison after being convicted of 11 counts of child molestation. In addition to his prison term, Bomhard is required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life.
Following his arrest in 2021, Bomhard posted bail and was out of custody during the trial process.
